Please be advised that in order for most H-1B workers to travel outside the US and return, it is necessary to have BOTH a VALID H-1B entry visa (with picture) stamped within their passport AND a VALID H-1B approval notice. If you have an invalid entry visa, but a valid H-1B approval notice you will have to arrange to have a new visa issued at a US consulate in the country you are visiting before you will be able to reenter the US.

Notice: There is a 2 week turnaround on all letter requests for travel, revalidation, family visitors, etc.

If you are a current COMSYS employee and require an employment verification letter for the purposes of traveling, applying for a visa, or revalidating a visa, please provide all of the information requested below and submit this request as directed:
