Effective Dates: January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010

The Business Referral Program encourages eligible individuals to submit COMSYS business opportunities with existing and new clients. If an opportunity becomes an open assignment, and a consultant is successfully placed, the referrer is eligible for commission reward.

COMSYS Referral Reward

• The Business Referral Reward payment will be paid in the form of a lump payment after referral has billed 450 hours within any consecutive twelve month period based on skill-set.


• Lump sum will be between $250 to $1,000


• COMSYS retains the sole right to determine the payment amount.

• To be eligible to receive a business referral reward, the referrer must complete a Business Referral Form at www.comsys.com prior to the placement of a consultant assignment.


• The referral opportunity must be a new business relationship (undiscovered) that does NOT exist in the COMSYS database at the time of the submission and one in which an Account Manager would not have received a job order. Referral must be from a new hiring manager, department or specific job order.


• Consultants have 30 days after the initial submittal to continue submitting referrals under the same new business opportunity. After 30 days has lapsed, no new referrals will be considered since it no longer qualifies as new business.


• COMSYS retains the sole right to approve or decline all referrals.


• This program cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other COMSYS referral rewards program.


• All referral payments are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings.

• Independent contractors.


• People outside COMSYS employment (with the exception those listed below).


• Full-time COMSYS W-2 consultants.

• ALL COMSYS staff employees.


• Relatives of COMSYS employees.


• Client personnel at any level.


• Subcontractors.
